I grew up in Aspen, Colorado, competing in junior ski racing programs, and I’ve been connected to Park City ever since. For more than 25 years, I led marketing for iconic brands including Mrs. Fields Cookies, The Sharper Image, and Park City Mountain, where I developed strategic initiatives focused on growth, brand storytelling, and driving results.
I’m deeply invested in the Park City community. I currently serve on the boards of KPCW and the Ballet West Advisory Board, and I’m part of the task force for Park City’s annual day of giving, Live PC Give PC. Over the years, I’ve also served on the boards of Swaner Nature Preserve, Park City Institute, Operation Smile, the Park City Chamber of Commerce, Park City Public Art, the Park City Historical Society & Museum, and the Historic Main Street Business Alliance.
Teaching and mentoring have always been important to me. I spent eight years as an adjunct professor of marketing in the MBA programs at the University of Utah and Westminster College, focusing on the real-world application of marketing strategy. I’ve also consulted for companies such as Walmart, Big O Tires, PetSmart’s veterinary services, Winder Farms, and the Toyota Dealers Association.
Having lived in resort markets my entire life, I truly understand the mountain lifestyle. I love working with others who value it as much as I do. My positive, energetic approach—combined with deep marketing expertise and a genuine love for Park City—helps my clients navigate their real estate journey with confidence and clarity.

Originally from the Boston area, Sam has been living in Park City since 2009, having moved to town with some high school friends to ski. He started working in real estate for Berkshire Hathaway as a transaction
coordinator in 2015 — and as Julie likes to say — chased her down Main street at the Savor the Summit event to ask for a job. But the truth is he was referred to her as an excellent partner in real estate and has been a great asset to the team.
Sam has a degree in Journalism from the University of Maine and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golfing, and all the fun that Park City has to offer.
